Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Honest Biscuits (2011-2024) Managed all aspects of business operations including financial management, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, vendor relations, staff supervision, and strategic planning. Coordinated with accounting firms for monthly reporting and annual audits. Sucessfully exited the business by selling it to new owners.


Administrative Law Judge, Employment Security Commission of North Carolina (2001-2011) Conducted administrative hearings, drafted legal decisions, and applied complex regulatory frameworks with precision and fairness.


Immigration Attorney, Ogletree Deakins Law Firm (1997-2001) Managed complex immigration cases, coordinated with state and federal agencies, and drafted legal documentation for diverse client populations.
